With a nursing career dating back to 2001, Emma brings extensive NHS experience in emergency nursing and cardiology to her role as Clinic Director at Emerge Medical Clinic, combining a strong clinical background with a personalised approach to aesthetic care.
Since training in aesthetics in 2019, Emma has progressed into advanced aesthetic practice and prescribing, with a focus on safe, considered treatments and natural-looking results.
Alongside her clinical work, Emma holds a teaching qualification and is passionate about mentoring, clinical supervision and supporting practitioners to develop their knowledge, confidence and clinical skills. Her experience in nursing, advanced aesthetics and education shapes Emerge’s commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and professional development.
Lucy Burchell Registered Paramedic Aesthetic Practitioner

Lucy has worked within healthcare since 2018, qualifying with a honours degree in Paramedic Science in 2021. Her background brings a strong foundation in clinical assessment, patient safety and evidence-based practice to her work in aesthetics.
She has continued to develop her clinical expertise through postgraduate study and holds an Advanced Life Support qualification, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. She has experience in teaching and mentoring others.
Lucy’s artistic journey began in 2016, when she completed an Extended Diploma in Art & Design. This creative foundation, combined with her medical knowledge and advanced aesthetic training, allows her to approach treatments with a keen eye for detail, balance and natural-looking results.

Amy qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 2021, achieving her honours degree. Since qualifying, she has continued to develop her clinical knowledge and skills through additional training in emergency medicine and advanced life support. She has experience in supporting and managing small teams and mentoring students.
With a longstanding passion for caring for others, Amy takes pride in helping people feel confident, happy and empowered to be the best version of themselves.
Her particular interests lie in skincare and preventative aesthetics. Amy is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge of treatments that support skin health, enhance natural beauty and help people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. This passion inspired her to begin her journey into medical aesthetics in 2026.

Nicola is an valued member of the Emerge team, helping to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and every client feels welcomed and comfortable.
With a background in healthcare, customer service and management, she brings excellent organisational skills, a professional approach and a strong understanding of client care. Her experience as a manager has developed her ability to coordinate daily operations, while her customer-facing roles have strengthened her communication and interpersonal skills.
Nicola also plays an important role in maintaining the clinic’s cleanliness, hygiene and welcoming environment, helping to uphold the high standards expected at Emerge.
