Skin, Lines, and Wrinkles Consultations
Understanding this Service.
Every treatment journey begins with a personalised consultation focused on understanding your concerns, goals and expectations. We will discuss your medical history, assess your skin and facial anatomy, and explore suitable options based on your individual needs.
Depending on the options being considered, your consultation may also involve an appointment with an appropriately qualified prescriber, who will carry out an independent clinical assessment to determine whether any prescription treatment is suitable for you. A prescription will only be issued where clinically appropriate.
We will explain the relevant treatment options, potential risks, expected outcomes and aftercare, giving you the information you need to make an informed decision. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment, and our priority is always your safety, wellbeing and confidence throughout your journey.

-
Please allow sufficient time for a thorough discussion of your concerns, medical history and suitable options. The duration may vary depending on your individual needs and whether a further prescriber appointment is required. Please contact us for guidance on timings.

In short - No. Your safety and informed consent always come first. Ethically, it is good for you to have a ‘cooling-off period’ following a consultation. This is so that you have time to think about everything discussed during the consultation.
-
It is helpful to know your current medications, allergies, relevant medical history and any previous aesthetic treatments. Please bring details of any medicines or supplements you take and let us know about any changes to your health. We will advise you if any additional preparation is needed.
-
Absolutely not. Your consultation is an opportunity to explore your options without pressure. You are free to take time to consider the advice provided, ask questions or decide not to proceed.
